Personnel from the Environmental Protection Department (EPD) trained by managing three simulated critical incidents. The EPD activated its crisis management team and EPD inspectors were deployed to the incidents scene, where they collaborated with fire–rescue personnel and water production personnel.

VSL staff managed exercise control and organized data collection.

The municipal Safety and Security Officer and elected officials at the City Hall monitored the emerging situations through the ISAK information system.

CITE Communicator was used to monitor telephone conversations in real time and to document all calls made in the exercise.

Exercise Lina was documented in detail using CITE Observer and CITE Communicator. Analysis and evaluation of the exercise is the next step.
