Kristina was a simulation exercise with a customized scenario. Each function in the crisis management organization was monitored by an observer that studied working methods and problem solving. The exercise was concluded with feed-back from the observers in each staff group and an inquiry for all the participants.

CITE Planner was used by the exercise management for planning, scenario development and description of exercise injects. CITE Manager was used to coordinate and document the exercise injects. CITE Observer supported structured observations in the various staff groups and management teams.

The lessons learned from the exercises will be presented during a lessons-learned seminar and documented in an exercise report. The exercise was planned, managed and documented by VSL in cooperation with Green Management Academy.
