The students at the incident command course train to be incident commanders and staff members at fire–rescue operations. The course includes an exercise week with field and command post exercises. May 10–14, the exercise week took place at the Sandö College of the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency. VSL supported feedback and evaluation of the command post exercises using structured reflective observation and CITE Observer.
