On September 1, the High-Speed Train project in the Netherlands tested the evacuation of more than 500 passengers from a train in the Groene Hart tunnel. Seventeen observers followed the evacuation and used CITE Observer to systematically document actions during the test. Seven additional observers used photo and video cameras to further document the process. The data collected will be the basis for further analysis and results.
Our Dutch partner E-Semble supported the exercise with both methods and the CITE tools. Read more about exercises for safe high-speed trains in the Netherlands.
