Dr. Johan Jenvald from VSL and Mrs. Mona Eriksson from KSU made a presentation at the WANO 8th Human Performance Meeting in Dieppe, France. The title of the presentation was Structured reflective observation in continuing training and it described lessons learned from a series of training exercises with nuclear plant operators in Sweden.
WANO – World Association of Nuclear Operators – is the international organization for nuclear operators. Dr. Jenvald and Mrs. Eriksson also visited the nuclear power plant in Penly and a simulator facility in Dieppe.
