CITE was used in the full-scale emergency exercise Exodus in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. On May 26, 2010, the crisis management exercise Exodus was conducted in the city of Rotterdam. The scenario was a bomb explosion in the metro system during rush hour. About 1500 people participated in the full-scale exercise. The exercise management team used CITE Planner, CITE Manager and CITE Observer to plan, manage and evaluate the exercise.
