Full-scale exercises

A full-scale exercise tests an organization?s combined capabilities for managing a critical event. Management teams and operative units exercise together to test alert procedures and information dissemination across functions and levels of the enterprise. The emphasis is on roles, responsibilities, information, and communication. Collaboration and cooperation with external actors is an important component.

VSL helps organizing, managing, documenting, and evaluating full-scale exercises. We coordinate data collection during the exercise to form a basis for evaluation and assessment. To this end, we use CITE to document and analyze the course of events to support feedback and evaluation in the learning process.
