Simulation exercise

In a simulation exercise, the participants act in their ordinary roles following standard procedures and action plans. A customized exercise scenario guides exercise staff that inject actions and planned responses to maintain the simulated learning environment. The participants encounter a series of challenging situations that force them to make critical decisions and deal with the consequences.
